Terms and Conditions
To ensure clarity and fairness, the following terms and conditions apply to the River City Home Solutions Referral Program:
Eligibility
The referral program is open to all current and past customers of River City Home Solutions.
Referrals must be new customers who have not previously used River City Home Solutions.
Referral Process:
Referrals must mention your name at the time of booking their service for the referral to be valid.
Each referral is eligible for one discount only, regardless of the number of services booked by the referred customer.
Reward Details:
A flat $25 discount will be applied to your next invoice for each valid referral that results in a completed service.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and must be used within one year from the date of issuance.
Conditions:
Referral discounts apply to the referrer’s next service invoice after the referred customer’s service is completed and paid in full.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. However, only one referral reward can be applied per service invoice.
General:
River City Home Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of River City Home Solutions.
The referral discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
